Our Mission
"Candullz Cleaning from the Heart, Inc. is a New Haven-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through mental health awareness, self-care, and personal growth. In Connecticut, 31.7% of adults report symptoms of anxiety and/or depressive disorder, and women make up nearly 60% of unpaid caregivers (Source: PBS.org). Many women struggle to balance daily responsibilities, financial stability, and self-care, leading to stress and burnout. Our flagship program, Sounds of Phenomenal Women, provides practical solutions by offering self-care resources, financial literacy education, parenting support, and homeownership guidance. Through education, community, and empowerment, we help women navigate life’s challenges with confidence, prioritize their well-being, and achieve lasting success."
Our Vision
"Sounds of Phenomenal Women envisions a sisterhood where women are spiritually renewed, emotionally supported, and mentally strengthened. We are devoted to creating intimate spaces—through retreats, workshops, and healing gatherings—where women can reconnect with themselves, their purpose, and their Creator. Grounded in faith, love, and community, we guide women on a path to wholeness, reminding them that their well-being is not a luxury, but a divine right. Self-Care Saves Lives."
