At Sounds of Phenomenal Women: Summit by the Sound, our participants forgot about their daily stressors and reinvested in themselves, committing time to their health, and self-care.
At Sounds, women talked about their life experiences while taking in the soothing sea air and dined on meals they did not have to prepare.
We prioritize healing the concerns of marginalized women who have little time to address their issues from week to week.
Phenomenal Women came together to decoupage and destress on the Long Island Sound. Summit on the Sound is emblematic of the kinds of programs Sounds of Phenomenal Women offer.
Our workshops focus on getting-away from the stress that accumulates during the week. We talk about current issues impacting women today, and pair those discussions with grounding art activities.
